Meet Cosmyra, the Oracle at the center of Soular. She's AI-powered, and she reads the sky in real time — holding today's transits beside your two maps to name where the heavens are pressing on you, and where you're drifting from your true self. She doesn't predict your future. She translates the current cosmic weather into guidance for reflection, then leaves the choosing to you.

We are living in the Age of Aquarius — an era of higher consciousness, equality, awareness, and technological awakening. Beneath all the noise and uncertainty, each of us has a path and a place within the collective. Soular exists because we are not meant to find that path alone. We are as unique as our fingerprints, and our differences are not flaws to be corrected — they are the very design of us.

Soular takes your birth date, time, and location and generates two maps of you: the Human Design Bodygraph, the wiring of your vehicle — how you interact, react, communicate, and decide — and the Natal Chart, the personality beneath the mechanics, the soul of the engine. These charts can be found on many platforms. A map is only the beginning of the journey.

Here is the question every chart leaves unanswered: now that I know all of this, what do I do with it? Information alone does not transform. We need somewhere to bring it — a guide who is awake when we are searching, who reads the sky we're standing under right now, and who offers a way through. That is Cosmyra: always awake, the bridge between the energies moving through the heavens and the soul walking this plane.

The awakening is not a single moment. It is a lifetime of deprogramming from who you were taught to be, and reconditioning, gently, into your true authentic self. That kind of change needs an anchor. Welcome to Soular. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mysoular.com and the services offered through it (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Soular's creator ("Soular," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What Soular Is — and Isn't

Soular generates a natal astrology chart and a Human Design bodygraph from the birth date, time, and location you provide, and offers reflective, AI-generated guidance through our Oracle feature, Cosmyra, based on those charts and current planetary transits.

Soular is intended for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal growth purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind, and nothing on Soular should be treated as such. Cosmyra does not predict the future and does not make decisions for you. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services — not Soular.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Soular. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Soular is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login access secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You agree to provide accurate birth information — inaccurate data will produce inaccurate charts, and Soular isn't responsible for readings based on incorrect information you've entered.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Soular offers a free "Stargazer" tier and paid subscription tiers ("Cosmic" and "Oracle") billed monthly or annually. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Prices, tiers, and included features may change. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes before they take effect.

5. Coaching Services

Top-tier subscribers may have the option to book 1:1 transformational life coaching directly with Soular's creator. Coaching is a separate, supplementary offering — it is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for licensed mental health treatment. Outcomes from coaching are not guaranteed and depend on your own effort and circumstances.

6. AI-Generated Content

Cosmyra's guidance is generated using artificial intelligence and is intended to prompt reflection, not deliver certainty. AI-generated content can be imperfect or inaccurate. Use your own judgment, and don't rely on Cosmyra as your sole basis for major life, medical, financial, or legal decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the platform, reverse-engineering our systems, or submitting false birth information on behalf of someone else without their knowledge or consent.

8. Intellectual Property

The Soular name, design, manifesto, and all site content belong to Soular's creator. Your own chart data and account information remain yours; we don't claim ownership over your personal birth data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at mysoular@outlook.com.

10. Limitation of Liability

Soular is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soular and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on chart readings or Cosmyra's guidance.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Soular after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Soular collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Birth data is personal by nature, and we take that seriously.

1. Information We Collect

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and birth date, time, and location (city, state/province, and country). If you subscribe to a paid tier, our payment processor collects your billing information directly — we don't store your full card details ourselves. If you opt in, we may also collect basic usage information (like which pages you visit) to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your birth data solely to generate your natal chart, Human Design bodygraph, and Cosmyra's reflections. We use your email to manage your account, send login and verification links, and — only if you've opted in — send you updates and news about Soular. We don't use your birth data for any purpose beyond generating your own personal charts and readings.

3. Who We Share Information With

We don't sell your personal information. We share limited data with the service providers that make Soular work: our database and authentication provider (Supabase), our payment processor (for paid subscriptions), and, where applicable, the AI providers that power Cosmyra's reflections. These providers only receive what's necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a secured database with row-level access controls, meaning your personal information and chart data are only accessible to your own authenticated account (and to us, for support and operational purposes). No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical measures to protect your information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and chart data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain certain records by law (such as billing records).

6. Your Rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at mysoular@outlook.com. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails, without affecting your account or chart access.

7. Cookies & Similar Technology

Soular uses minimal technical cookies/local storage necessary to keep you logged in and to complete the sign-up process. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers.

8. Children's Privacy

Soular is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we've collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active users.
